1. Overview

At AF International Sourcing, we ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of all export orders.
We partner with reputed freight forwarders, shipping lines, and courier companies to ensure goods reach buyers efficiently and in good condition.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options depending on the order type and destination:

  • Air Freight – for small and urgent consignments

  • Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) – for bulk shipments

  • Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) – for samples or small parcels

Buyers may choose their preferred method during order finalization.


3. Processing Time

  • Sample orders: 7–15 business days (depending on product type)

  • Bulk orders: 30–60 days (depending on production schedule and order size)

  • Processing starts only after receipt of confirmed order and advance payment.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Charges depend on shipment weight, volume, and destination.

  • All costs will be clearly mentioned in the proforma invoice or quotation.


5. Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs clearance in their country

  • Payment of import duties, taxes, or levies
    AF International Sourcing shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs or import regulations.


6. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery time may vary based on:

  • Destination country

  • Mode of transport

  • Customs clearance duration

Estimated delivery dates will be shared during order confirmation.
Delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, political issues, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.


7. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk and ownership of goods are transferred to the buyer once the shipment leaves India (as per agreed Incoterms).

  • For CIF or DDP terms, insurance and delivery are managed as per written agreement.


8. Damaged or Missing Goods

If products are received damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue with the shipping company or supplier accordingly.


9. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, buyers will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, AWB/Bill of Lading)

  • Contact details of logistics partner (if applicable)
