Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At AF International Sourcing, we take great care in ensuring that all products sourced, manufactured, or supplied through our network meet the agreed quality and specifications.
Since most of our orders are custom-made or sourced to buyer requirements, our refund and cancellation terms differ from standard retail purchases.
2. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after written approval from both parties and receipt of advance payment (if applicable).
Once confirmed, all sourcing and production processes begin immediately — cancellation may not be possible thereafter.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@afinternationalsourcing.
com within 48 hours of order confirmation. If accepted, cancellation charges (including any incurred sourcing, material, or administrative costs) may apply.
After 48 hours or once production/shipment has started, orders cannot be canceled.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds may be processed only in the following cases:
The buyer has made a duplicate payment by mistake.
The product is not as per agreed specifications, verified and accepted by both parties.
The shipment was canceled by AF International Sourcing due to unforeseen reasons.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Buyer’s change of mind after order processing.
Minor variations in handmade or natural products (as variations are part of craftsmanship).
Delays caused by customs, transport, or third-party logistics.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after written confirmation.
The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used for the transaction.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, they will fall under the jurisdiction of , Uttar Pradesh, India.
